Delivery Information

Please read before place a delivery order

  • How Delivery work (MUST READ)

    - Minimum order amount is $60 for each address.

    - Order closing time : please read under Eligible suburbs.

    - Check the delivery time before placing an order, delivery time cannot be chosen.

    - You will get a text message for estimated delivery time 1~2 hours in advance on the day and another message 3~5mins before its arrival. (Or get a call on its arrival)

    - You will need to come out of the building to collect your order when our delivery team arrives.

    - Our delivery team will wait up to 5 minutes and move on to the next spot, the delivery car cannot go back. If you miss the delivery, you will need to pick-up from our store within 2 days. (No Refund is applicable)

    - There will be no next delivery in the same area until further notice.

    - Items per delivery are limited, check the order closing time for each delivery date(Order can close early without notice : normally closes early when it reaches the maximum spots)

    - In the cart page, select the ‘Delivery’ option, enter your postcode to see if your suburb is eligible, and pick a date and time before checkout.

    - Any areas not in the list, please request for your suburb even though the same postcode applies, your order can be cancelled.

  • What if I miss the delivery order?

    - Please make sure you don’t miss the delivery. You will need to pick it up at the Parramatta store within 2 days.

  • Why a specific date is blocked?

    - The blackout date will be stated at the product page, if a product has reached it's maximum production quantity.

    - Because one or more of the desserts in your cart has reached maximum production quantity at that day, you can pick another date or come to our shop to buy in-store stocks.

  • Can I change the delivery date?

    - Delivery date cannot be changed once it is placed.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    - You can only request at least 3 days prior to your delivery date. The order will be cancelled and refunded.
