Please read before place a pickup order
How Pickup work (MUST READ)
- Pickup order requires 3 days notice.
- Store pickup can arrange between 3pm ~ 5pm.
- In the cart page, please select 'Pickup' option and choose a preferred date before checkout.
- When you come to our shop, please show your order number and your name to our staff, and please maintain 1.5 meter to our staff and other customers.

Why a specific date is blocked?
- The blackout date will be stated at the product page, if a product has reached it's maximum production quantity.
- Because one or more of the desserts in your cart has reached maximum production quantity at that day, you can pick another date or come to our shop to buy in-store stocks.
Can I change the pickup date?
- You can only request 24 hours prior to your original pickup time.
- Maximum available date for rescheduling is 2 days following your original order date.
- Contact us immediately using this link and please fill in all the necessary information.
Can I cancel my order?
- You can only request at least 3 days prior to your pickup time. Your order will be cancelled and refunded.
- Or you can change your pickup date, please read the instruction above.
